Cacao is considered a super food, offering great health benefits!

Cacao powder offers great dietary fiber, minerals that enhance our heart and nerve health, and lots of flavonoids, which carry antioxidant benefits! I use cacao over cocoa, even though it is a bit more bitter, since it provides better health benefits. Just add some to almond milk with some stevia, and mix with an immersion blender for a great, and healthy, treat!
