Histamine Supplementation

Helping the body process histamine overload!

Histamine Supplementation

Histamine is produced by the body in response to an intolerance, allergy, or inflammatory reaction caused by various substances. It was news to me to learn that my body can create histamine in response to foods I eat, leading to allergy-like symptoms! In fact, left-overs increase their histamine load over time! What? I hadn't thought about the fact that my itchy eyes, itchy skin, or scratchy throat could be resulting from foods I was eating!

There are several things you can do to lower your histamine levels, including taking a supplement, if needed. For me, I found I was adding or producing histamine faster than I was clearing it, leading to an increase in my histamine load, and subsequently, my symptoms. I made several adjustments, including adding a supplement called HistaEze.
