Banana Ice Cream

If you are looking for a cold dessert that hits the spot, this is it!

Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:
• 6 or 7 ripe bananas (peeled and frozen)
• ¼ - ½ cup nut milk (cashew, almond, etc)
• 8-cupfood processor: https://amzn.to/4dg5cbJ

Instructions:
• Freeze bananas for at least 8 hours for best results.
• Remove bananas from freezer and chop using a sharp knife
• Add banana pieces to the food processor
• Add enough milk (about ¼ cup) to the bananas
• Mix on low speed, then high speed, adding milk as necessary, until desired consistency is reached (takes 3-5 minutes)
• Spoon out and eat immediately or freeze for later.
• Add the “granola” mix on top and enjoy!
